Setting up a baby registry as a first-time mom can be super overwhelming. There are SO many baby things! But don’t worry, you’ve got this and I’m here to help! I’ve spent countless amount of hours researching and stressing so that’s why I put together this baby registry checklist. I’ve included some of my favorite items at the very bottom. Up next, I will also post my exact registry items and everything I have for my baby girl in my next post!
Nursery Items

Register for baby clothes in a variety of sizes. Most babies grow out of newborn-size clothing quickly, and others fit in size 0-3 right away. You’ll also want to consider the season and how old your baby will be in various types of weather.
- 10 short-sleeve onesies
- 10 long-sleeve onesies
- 10 pairs of footed pajamas
- 10 pairs of non-footed pajamas
- 10 pairs of elastic-waist pants

Feeding
Whether you intend to breastfeed or formula feed your baby, I believe it’s really important to have both nursing equipment and formula at hand at first. The beginning of everyone’s journey into motherhood is different so have everything that you may need at hand so that you’re prepared.
