I partnered with Sur La Table to host my first influencer pasta class with fellow local influencers. Almost everyone in the group had never made fresh homemade pasta before so it was really a treat for everyone to make it themselves!
If you’ve never attended a cooking class, I highly recommend it! The cooking classes at Sur La Table are so fun, hands-on, and really informative. It was after I personally attended a pasta making class with my husband that I came up with the idea of hosting an event with local influencers and it was a massive hit! It’s definitely a great way to bring a group of people together, share a meal, and bond while cooking. In our class, we all learned how to make pappardelle with tuscan sausage ragú, three cheese ravioli with amatrichana sauce, chocolate espresso gelato, and frisée salad with pears, lardons, and gorgonzola cheese with citrus vinaigrette with the talented Chef Edward Fischer.
